Lincolnshire Police: 17/10/2011 - Robbery, Alford

Police are appealing for information about a robbery that has occurred in Alford in the early hours of Sunday 16 October.

The offenders entered the residential area of a shop in West Street and threatened and assaulted a 39 year-old man before assaulting him with a blunt instrument, possibly a crow bar type tool.  He has suffered head injuries and was taken to hospital.

During the robbery, some distinctive items were taken, including an ACER Laptop, a Nokia Silver mobile phone and a man's wallet.  The phone has a keyboard with Thai lettering on the keys but is useable in England.  The man's wallet is made from fish skin.
